This is one of the prettiest places I've been. It's not far from Lake Louise, tends to have less tourists, if you go early June, after the snow has cleared form the road and the bus tours havn't started too much, it can be very peaceful. You have to climb to the top of a small moraine hill to get this view (well worth it ). It is also called the Valley of the Ten Peaks.

Very Pretty. Ireally love the color of those glacial lakes. I've been to Lake Louise and, wow, it's nice. I should post some of my pics of it.

I Love Moraine Lake. I lived in Lake Louise for 2 years and this was by far my favorite lake in the area.

Thank you, I have a Fuji DL-1000 point and shoot and a SLR Minolta Maxxum 7000i, I honestly don't remember which camera took this shot.

I spent a week in Banff some years ago, towards the beginning of April. On Wednesday the temp hit 60F and I drove to Jasper, shooting everything in site along the way. It was all covered with snow, but the roads were clear. A very unusual day.

This is lovely. A lot of the lakes were still frozen when we were there at the beginning of this year - I long to go back, it is a lovely picture of a totally amazing country:-)

That is a breathtaking shot!! I bet no photograph could ever replace the experience of actually being there though!! :D
